Those Days When You Aren't Feeling It

Oh motivation, were art thou motivation? Doesn't it just suck though? Wanting to get up and do the things but also really not feeling that 'get-up-and-go.' Just me?

For the past few weeks, I've been feeling, well, not okay. Nothing new. I'm tired all the time (when I shouldn't be), I wake up exhausted despite how much I've slept, and I have no energy to do the things I have planned for each day (the things I really want to do). There's no reason for me to be tired, and my lack of energy is confusing. I hate sleeping too much, but that's all my body wants to do.  
It's times like this that I have to remind myself, to let me be. 
Sometimes, you just don't feel very great. And I think that's okay. There will be days when you feel just like this and getting angry at yourself isn't going to help. Take care of yourself first, always.
Remember not to be so hard on yourself. You got this, and you need to trust that you do. Give yourself the time to recover and let yourself sleep if that's what your body wants. Treat yourself with kindness. Eat all the yummy (nutritious) things, drink all the (healthy) fluids, buy yourself a treat, binge on your favourite TV Show and slowly start easing your way back into your usual routine. 
Build your motivation back up slowly with inspiration, practising the things you enjoy and eventually getting back into your regular pattern. 
You'll get there, you got this. Let yourself be.
