A Beauty Gift Guide - To me, From me.

If you're like me, you tend to use the holiday season as an excuse to buy yourself specific things you can't otherwise justify any other time of the year.
If you're like me, you also can't rely on anyone else to gift them to you. Instead, you wait until you can do it yourself. To me, from me. Talk about treat yo self. Besides, if you want something done right, you've gotta do it yourself. Amiright?

If you're also like me, you've already conjured a list of things you really, want so you can gift them to yourself when the time is right. But, if you haven't, let my wishlist serve as a gift guide to either treat yourself, or someone special.
Any excuse for a wishlist.

A beauty gift guide.

For the bookworm.

A little coffee table book is perfect for anyone but even better for the beauty lover. Especially if they're Instagramable. Something that serves as inspiration, a bit of knowledge and a general delightful read is perfect.
Pretty Honest by Sali Hughes has been on my list for so long. Perfect for the fashionista or the beauty blogger, as it's entertaining, funny, refreshing and full of information about everything beauty related. It's like a beauty encyclopedia (so I've gathered from multiple flick-throughs at the shop.)

For the girl who loves herself a bit of old Hollywood and Audrey Hepburn (*raises hand*) this one will be well-appreciated. What Would Audrey Do is one I accidentally stumbled upon but haven't managed to forget about since. This book is a little life guide inspired by Audrey and her personal life examples. There are a few life scenarios played out and how to handle them based on how Audrey might have. It's apparently a great, fun read and I'm excited.

For the scent enthusiast.

Elizabeth & James Nirvana White is a much-coveted scent among the beauty-loving crowd and a scent I couldn't help but fall for. It is elegant, sweet, strong, feminine and musky all in one bottle. In a glorious gift set with two other versions of the same scent, you can't go wrong (and you also get more bang for your buck.)

For the one who needs more brushes.

Don't we all? I came to the conclusion a few days ago that I really, don't have enough brushes. While the ones I do have fall under quality over quantity, it isn't so great when they all need to be washed with no time to wash them. A girl just needs more options! Zoeva's Rose Gold Luxe Set is one you've seen in flat lays on every blogger's Instagram and on their blogs. For good reason. They're gorgeous, and Zoeva's pristine reputation of quality AND affordability precedes them.
This set will cover all the bases and look amazing within any collection.

For the lipstick lover.

I honestly can't rave about Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lip Creme's enough. Okay, I can. They're pretty damn great, and I've only tried a sample so far. With Kiss Kiss Bang Bang holding spot #1 on my list, this lippy is sure to impress. The quality is impeccable with a soft, long-wearing finish that becomes a second skin on the lips. The matte (but not drying) finish is typically a crowd pleaser.
This would be a great, although, not a cheap stocking stuffer.
